Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Nurse Manager Ortho Trauma Med Surg Evenings ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 3+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required; 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
  
• BLS and ACLS required
