SalaryThe Villas of Holmdel is hiring an RN to support our Director of Nursing. Our nurses support our residents by providing the care needed to live their lives to the fullest.
The ideal candidate will be kind, patient, compassionate, organized, efficient and able to anticipate the residents needs. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing residents medical conditions and developing plans of care
- Complete Assessments; Health Service Plans and monthly Wellness Checks
- Administering medications and treatments as required
- Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers
- Ensuring proper documentation
- Following all Infection Control policies and procedures
- Communicating with physicians, family members and fellow employees
Current NJ RN license required
Current BLS certification upon hire
