RN, LPN, CNA, HHA NEEDED

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to patients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Assist with mobility and transfer of patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Perform ostomy care and assist with wound dressing changes
- Assist with physical examinations and health coaching as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide acute care services to patients in their homes
- Adhere to aseptic technique guidelines when providing care

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules

-RNs must have infusion experience

-LPNs must have IV certification

Skills:
- Proficient in providing ostomy care
- Experience with physical examinations
- Knowledge of health coaching techniques
- Familiarity with acute care procedures and protocols
- Expertise in home care services for pediatric patients
- Understanding of aseptic technique guidelines for infection control
