RN / LPN - Baylor - 7am to 7pm

Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH is a 120-bed facility offering short and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We currently have a opening for a Baylor Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN and LPN) 7:00am-7:00pm, every Saturday and Sunday. You must work a minimum of 24 hours (two 12-hour shifts) each weekend and are paid for one additional 8-hour shift. We are flexible and can work up to a full-time position if benefits are needed.

Job Responsibilities;

· Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met

· Follow the resident care plan, recommend change as appropriate

· Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.

Requirements:

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse/LPN license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing

· Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors and staff

· Recent clinical experience; long-term care experience preferred
