Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in LTC setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
- Assist with procedures such as wound care, ostomy care, and specimen collection processing
- Perform triage and prioritize patient needs based on acuity level
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience administering injections and performing laboratory tests
- Familiarity with dermal fillers, mammography, ventilator management, and family planning is a plus
