Requirements:
- 2+ years of L&D experience in a hospital setting
- Scrub/Circulating experience is needed
- multiple travel contracts completed
- EPIC STORK experience
- ALL certs must be active
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
- License verification
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
- References - highly preferred
- Iowa license (Compact Allowed)
