ICU Float Pool RN
Complete Description:
RN as part of the float team to float to all ICU units depending on the needs. This includes Surgical, Neuro, Medicine, Cardiac, Cardiovascular and Burn Center. Patient care is generally 1 to 1 or a max of 1 to 3. Nurses may also float to stepdown units as needed which would involve 1 to 3 ratios's.
