Ensure quality healthcare for all patients. Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments.
Guide and advise nursing staff with clinical instructions. Orient new staff, train, coach, and mentor staff daily. Ability to perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
Report nursing activity to senior management Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada RN License BSN 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required withing 90 days of hire Department: Health Science This is a management position This is a full-time position
