Form of workJob Summary: The Registered Nurse#s primary function is to plan, provide, supervise and coordinate care to patients with an array of injuries, diseases and compromised health states.# The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive skilled nursing services to qualified patients in their homes so that the stated goals and objectives of the agency can be achieved.# The nurse works with minimum daily supervision or support while performing interdependent practice in the field. # Minimum Qualifications: Education:# Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. # Experience:# One (1) year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting is preferred.# Home health experience is desired.
