Requirements:
Unrestricted UT RN License
Home Health Case Management Experience
Current CPR Certification
Reliable car and drivers license
OASIS Experience
Familiarity with the Utah HHH Market
Exceptional Clinical Skills
Wound Care Knowledge and Experience
Exceptional communication, team oriented, efficient work style, and ability to complete timely documentation a must.
