RN Home Health - Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p

Home Health experience is NOT required, we offer an extensive Home Health orientation program!

Territory:

Boxborough, Littleton, Stow, Maynard and surrounding towns.

RN Home Health Case Managers work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager and provide skilled nursing care in patient’s homes in a designated territory. Effectively manage patient specific health concerns such as: COPD, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer and complex wounds.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 8AM- 4:30PM. Flexible start times are available.

How We Know You're A Good Fit:

• Must have good standing license (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Must be willing to drive within a territory.
• Minimum of 1year general med/surg experience with a minimum of 1 year in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of patients and families in varied environments.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
