Form of work If the traveler lives within miles 60 of city they are servicing, then they will be offered a local rate of $170.

This RN need will require travel to patient's homes. It falls into the concierge medicine category. The client is a large Technology company and patients will be the employees and their dependents. Travelers would need to be available for training Dec 1st. Duration of assignment is 4 mos may be possible to extend if mutually agreeable and there might also be a temp to perm option. There is a zone structure that is built and individuals will generally be sent no further than 1hr drive time. They will be working 4-10 hr shifts and this will be inclusive of days, evenings and weekends.
This concierge RN need is unique in that you'll be sending your nurse to help Care Medical's employees and their dependents with at-home visits. Pediatric experience is required; RN must be comfortable working with newborns and toddlers. Emergency Department & Urgent Care experience is a plus addition to the Home Health background, as your nurse will be working with a varied age range from 0 months to geriatric.

How many visits in a day on average? Since this is a new program for this service area we don't anticipate high volumes right now, maybe 2 visits a day? Guaranteed hours still apply.
H ow do these nurses find out they are scheduled for a visit? They will be provided a Care Medical mobile phone and all notifications come through there.

This client requires an NDA fully executed before submitting. Please ensure this has been signed and is in the profile before submitting your traveler. The NDA form can be found on the facility profile, along with the MSA.

Patient population is 50% peds/ 50% adult. We strongly prefer RNs with Pediatrics experience.

- REQUIRED to apply for and maintain the position:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
- 2 years of experience as a registered nurse - with triage or telehealth experience, must have pediatrics experience.
- Current CA State Driver's license and proof of insurance
- Provides and maintains a reliable mode of transportation, with appropriate insurance coverage, for all scheduled shifts, and observes all traffic laws and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications for the position:
- >2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or another field
- Experience in one or more of the following specialty fields: Primary care, urgent care, emergency care
