Maranatha Home Health is a small business in Home Health service. We are a rapidly growing agency looking to grow our physician numbers to provide better care to our patients.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients in their homes, including assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient Home Health care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will also be able to provide patient education and support in order to promote the highest level of health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting.
- Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient.
- Perform assessments and provide education to patients and families.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $70.00 per hour
