A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses to join its Float Pool. The Float Pool is a versatile clinical team that floats across departments, based on patient location and care needs. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the department. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care across multiple inpatient units.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Current NH RN License.

- Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities
- Multiple shifts available; days, evenings, nights
