Full Job Description
The RN Field Supervisor is responsible for Opening and Monituring activities of the field staff (CHHAs). RN supervisor will conduct ongoing supervisory visits and evaluations of field staff. RN supervisor is responsible for ensuring that home patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately according to state and federal guidelines. The clinical supervisor plans, implements and evaluates patient's plan of care for appropriateness to the individual patient's needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assesses and supervises the delivery of home care services
Performs home supervisory visits of home care services delivered by home health aides and other nursing support staff
Reports changes in the patient's medical or mental condition to the Clinical Director
Reviews patient's clinical diagnosis, medications, procedures
Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term goals
Some Office hours to complete Duties assigned to complete assignments
QUALIFICATIONS
Nursing license from an accredited school
1 year home care experience preferred
Valid CPR and Driver’s License
- Medical Malpractice Insurance
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
