Responsibilities:
- Analyzing OASIS documentation and clinical records.
- Working with clinical field staff and reviewing clinical documentation for established quality standards.
- Oversee chart audit processes and some Field Supervisory visits may be required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of clinical Registered Nurse experience.
- Homecare or hospice experience a must.
- Excellent knowledge of computerized documentation and office software required.
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
