Pay Range: Mid-Range for Perm : $110,000/year.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Provides departmental leadership, improves organizational performance, and manages environment of care, budget, staffing, and quality of care.
• Works under the supervision of the CNO.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 2+ years of Recent ACUTE CARE Manager/ Director Experience in the CVICU REQUIRED.
• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State. Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
• BSN REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
