Requirements:
- 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License
- Geriatric patient experience
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience- PREFERRED
- CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- Virginia license (Compact Allowed)
- BLS (AHA)
