We are looking for experienced nurses who are committed to providing high-quality care to our inmate population. As a Correctional Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic environment, and to make a positive impact on the lives of those who are incarcerated.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A current nursing license in South Carolina.
- Must have a valid CPR.
- Must have a valid 2 step TB.
- Must have 2 forms of ID.
- Must complete a drug Screen and Background.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in a correctional or similar setting.
- Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of nursing duties, including:
- Conducting health screenings and assessments.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing triage as necessary.
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Providing education to patients about their health conditions and self-care.

Salary: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour.
