Position: Agency Nurse

Shifts: Dayshift 12 hours x 3/week

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and more.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the appropriate medical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Deliver patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in clinical settings.
- Excellent clinical skills and a deep understanding of nursing best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and work collaboratively with various teams.
- Empathy and dedication to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Proficient computer skills for accurate record-keeping.
