SalaryPosition Highlights:
- Position: RN Case Manager Inpatient
- Location: Primary Elmhurst Hospital 155 E. Brush Hill Road Elmhurst, IL. Will help out at Edward Hospital if needed
- Full Time: 36 hours week 8 hour shifts
- Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Rotating weekends/holidays
What you will need:
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in health care related field with case management experience
- A minimum of one year of previous case management and/or clinical specialist experience
Required License and/or Certification:
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
Preferred License and/or Certification:
- Certification in case management
