The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, make thoughtful decisions, and offer (expert) guidance to help coordinate patient care during their recovery process.
We seek the right fit for RN with strong clinical skills to provide hospital case management services, including but not limited to utilization management, discharging planning, wound care, infection prevention and occasional Med/Surg and ER duties. We are willing to train up into role with demonstrated leadership ability and potential managerial competency.
- Current, associate degree in nursing, required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current, unrestricted State licensed in Arizona,
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS Certification (Certified by American Heart Association Only) and PALS within 30 days of hire
- Working experience as an acute care registered nurse or areas of hospital direct patient care in Med/Surg or Emergency Department.
