Seeking an RN to provide care and utilization management services for patients living with mental health and substance use disorder with a high level of complex co-morbid physical healthcare issues, such as diabetes. The successful RN must have the ability to lead a utilization management process and conduct care coordination/management with internal and external entities. The RN will consult with behavioral health staff and primary care staff/specialists internal and external to Southeast.
