Job Summary:Cardiac Step down unit caring for cardiac patients whose level of care has been transitioned out of ICU status. Also cares for post heart cath, pacemaker and ICD placement as well as cardiac patients not requiring ICU care.

Qualifications:

• Education - Associates of Science in Nursing
• Experience - Hospital Cardiac Experience required
• License/Certifications - Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Must maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Education

• Associates or better in Nursing
