What you will Do:
- Conducts an initial and ongoing assessment to gather and analyze data.
- Identifies patient short and long-term goals and develops them into an outcome-based plan of care.
- Implements an outcome-based plan of care.
- Evaluates patient response to treatments and modifies the outcome-based plan.
- Communicates relevant clinical information to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educates patient and family to meet identified needs.
- Based on principles of growth and development, provides care appropriate to the age-related needs of the patients served on his/her assigned unit.
- Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-year clinical patient care experience.
- Current Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) designation or achieve within 18 months of hire.
