Role Description
This is a part-time role located in Florence, OR for an Aesthetic RN Injector at Pacific Hope Aesthetics. The Aesthetic Injector will be responsible for evaluating patients, administering treatments, and ensuring patient safety. They will also maintain accurate records and effectively communicate with patients regarding their aesthetic goals and treatment options. No call, weeknights, weekends or holidays!
Position: Aesthetics Registered Nurse Injector
Compensation: $45/hr plus quarterly performance-based bonus and in-house treatment perks. Malpractice insurance provided. Continuing education.
Hours per week: 15-20
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience as an RN injector with injectable toxins and fillers, as well as other aesthetic procedures.
Thorough knowledge of facial anatomy and physiology with evidence of ongoing education in the aesthetics industry
Approaches patient care with a collaborative medical model and attention to detail
Patient-focused, team-driven, and able to engage with patients and coworkers in a polished, professional and compassionate manner
Well organized, flexible, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Willingness to follow protocols and procedures that are in place in our practice
RN license (Required)
Responsibilities
• Provide quality Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, IV nutritional infusions and more
• Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols
• Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products, and cross promote med spa services
• Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files
• Provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industry
• Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability as a professional nurse
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of company as an individual and as a team member
