Specializing in Kidney Health, end stage Renal Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Renal Failure, Acute Kidney Injury, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Plasmapherisis,  Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, and Vascular Access, we aim to provide an exceptional level of care.

 

Acute Dialysis Unit (ADU):

The ADU is a 12-bay procedural unit that performs hemodialysis on inpatient, outpatient and observation patients. The ADU patient care treatments are coordinated by working collaboratively with the primary nurse to assess, plan, and execute a plan of care for treatment that involves the patient and family.

 

3West:

Specializes in the care of the renal patient, as well as, medical surgical patient populations. 3 West is empowered to build a strong clinical foundation through exceptional team work between all staff members and a shared common goal to provide the best possible care for our patients.

About Acute Dialysis Unit 

12-bay procedural unit  

Specializes in hemodialysis on inpatient, outpatient and observation patients. 

ADU operates 24hrs, 7 days a week, and teammates work a rotating schedule with on call.    

 

What you will need: 

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing 

Associate's or Bachelor'sdegree in nursing 

Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license 

Six (6) months general nursing experience

The Medical Center, Navicent Health (MCNH) is a nationally recognized academic medical center, nationally verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet hospital for nursing, and serves a service area of 30 counties and a population of nearly 750,000 persons.

MCNH has over 4,500 employees and a medical staff of approximately 700 physicians. As the second largest hospital in Georgia, it is licensed for 637 beds, including pediatrics, medical surgical, trauma and cardiac surgery.
