RMF Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Oversee securing systems and interpret requirements levied by Risk Management Framework (RMF) Approval authorities to develop the required strategy and deliverables to accomplish organization missions. Work independently and provide recommendations to the Information System Security Manager (ISSM), client, and system owners by applying RMF expertise and associated actions supporting the DoD. Support the Project PM and ISSM to develop project requirements and plans to ensure project success. Work collaboratively with IT Engineers and System Administrators to conduct Cyber Security (CS) analysis, mitigation, remediation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with DoD and Department of the Army policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform all activities associated with obtaining and maintaining RMF Authorities to Operate (ATO) for systems within the customer's multi-faceted network infrastructure, spanning multiple platforms residing on multiple security enclaves. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with RMF in a complex network and systems environment consisting of a large diverse population of users, computers, applications, and technologies
• Experience with Assessment and Authorization (A&A) responsibilities, including cybersecurity engineering, Information System Security Officer (ISSO), ISSM, policy analysis, control testing, POA&M management, and configuration management
• Knowledge of continuous monitoring, cyber security risk management, disaster recovery, FISMA compliance, information security architecture, information security auditing, security control assessment, threat modeling, threat management, vulnerability analysis, and vulnerability assessments
• Experience working with DoD Information Assurance tools, including eMASS and ACAS
• Experience working with security engineers to review compliance scans
• Experience with performing cybersecurity assessments using standards, including CIS Benchmarks or DoD STIGS
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to set prioritization for given a set of tasks

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
