Primary Skill : EMR and Clinical Application Support
Should know health care provider setting. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Work with the end users for troubleshooting issues related to clinical applications. Work with vendors on troubleshooting issues. Work with client in coordinating projects. work with offshore team to deliver projects. ensure we meet SLA's on the contract. interact with multiple teams to resolve application issues.
