JOB SUMMARY
Nabors is seeking a manager to lead our Rigline 24/7 remote operations support department. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global customers receive timely and high-quality support. Overseeing a team of highly skilled professionals, the manager will be responsible for driving performance, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring our support department remains agile and responsive to the dynamic needs of our global customer base. Must be passionate about customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment. This role will have high interaction with management, product teams, engineering, field technicians, rig operations personnel, customers, and partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct daily operations and ensure smooth functioning and collaboration of the department.
• Manage the team to ensure efficient and excellent customer service while focusing on minimizing downtime, providing proactive support, and enhancing our safety culture.
• Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds defined performance metrics.
• Coordinate continuous training programs and professional development initiatives to keep the team updated and skilled.
• Assist the team as needed for escalation of issues or concerns that arise.
• Conduct periodic quality assessments of team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to elevate standards and address any areas of concern.
Qualifications

Rigline 24/7 is comprised of highly skilled and technically trained personnel who understand our products and services. We support our capital rig equipment, technology solutions, and services. The team operates around the clock and supports our global customer base from Houston, Texas.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
• 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred experience in the drilling industry and knowledge of drilling operations and equipment.
• A customer-first mindset, ensuring every decision is made in the best interest of the customer and company.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
