NextStep Transitions, a leading senior relocation and rightsizing company, is seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team of Senior Move Managers as a Rightsizing & Relocation Assistant.

Our team specializes in helping seniors move from their current home into an Assisted Living, Retirement Community, Memory Support Community or Active Living. We also work with clients and/or real estate agents to help clean out homes to prepare it to be put up for sale.

You must be able to :
- Work up to 30 hours a week (M-F). Be able to work 3-4 consecutive days
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Pass a criminal history and background check
- Have own car for transportation
- Have a mobile phone and email
- Understand that hours are dependent on client load, which changes from week to week and hours are not guaranteed.
- Have the flexibility to drive to jobs sites in North King County and South Snohomish County. (Everett, Edmonds, Bothell, Redmond, Issaquah, Bellevue, South Seattle, North Seattle, etc.)
- Bonus points: Experience in social work, senior care, moving and/or relocations is a plus!
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with clients and their families to assess their needs, develop personalized plans, and manage every step of the transition.
- Liaise with real estate agents, moving companies, and senior living communities to ensure a seamless move.
- Guide clients through the emotional and logistical challenges of sorting, decluttering, and downsizing.
- Then ultimately - pack, unpack and help set-up our clients' new home.
