Rhapsody Developer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor routes and production processing to ensure proper data flow and response times using Rhapsody UI and other tools
• Help to perform and automate daily maintenance processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues
• Correct and reprocess errors
• Advise on monitoring practices, thresholds, and notifications
• Support Rhapsody upgrades and new environment configuration

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 6 years of experience with:
  • Rhapsody software
  • Ad hoc SQL
  • XML
• 4 years of experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • Web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL)
• Experience with:
  • ASP.NET
  • C#
  • CSS

• Could have occasional after-hours/weekend support work 

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work OR equivalent work experience
• Rhapsody certification (please indicate certification level)

Location: Remote role. Must be able to work EST standard hours.
 
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
