Lockheed Martin is seeking an RF Systems Engineer to support the development of RF setups, conformal antenna development and radome development including verification, completion of trades, testing, and system performance analysis. The RF Systems Engineer will also be responsible for the integration and test of the RF system into the platform or test range to validate that the system meets performance . This role also includes supplier interaction and management. Up to 25% travel required.
Essential tasks for this key role include:
- RF analysis and trade study execution
- Completion of Technical Data Package through preparation of Specifications, Interface Control Documents, , and Software
- Completion of Statements of Work and interfacing with subcontractors
- Managing subcontractors from task completion to delivery of a product that meets within the required timeline and budget
- Executing RF activities to include the generation of plans and reports
- Oversee the build and assembly of hardware and fixtures
- Analysis of data to include signal post-processing, visualization, and comparison with modeled data

Basic Qualifications
- Requires final SECRET clearance with 5-year update.
- Basic understanding of radar concepts
- Basic understanding of electromagnetics and antenna concepts
- Ability to create documents such as plans, procedures, and reports
- Experience in creation of data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools using or another programming language
- Experience defining or reviewing software and software validation techniques
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral
Desired skills
- Experience with range control electronics or software
- Experience with equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Signal Generators
- Experience with system development
- Experience in systems development, integration, and production
- Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development
- Development of system level plans/procedures and associated reviews focused on data analysis and findings
- RF link budget analysis

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $89,600 - $171,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
