Location: Remote, working with VT, NC, or AZ teams

Position Type: Full-Time

Expected Base Pay Scale (USD): $160,000 - $185,000 annual base salary. The successful candidate’s base pay depends on job-related skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The expected base pay scale may be adjusted based on market conditions.

As an RF Analog Architect, your responsibilities will include designing high performance RF and analog circuits per specified requirements and direct layout technicians to implement circuits using industry standard Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. In addition, you will have very strong RF design skills and experience in a variety of areas (LNA’s, mixers, VGA’s, digital step attenuators, switches, match networks, baluns and synthesizers) using SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS (SOI) technologies.

Requirements of a RF Analog Architectinclude a BS or MS (preferred) in Electrical Engineering and 20+ years of industry experience in the following areas:

• Exceptional RF Analog circuit design skills
• Experience above 15 GHz preferred
• Extensive experience with Cadence EDA (Composer/Virtuoso) tools
• Extensive experience with SpectreRF, Spectre, HSPICE
• Experience with CALIBRE or Cadence LVS/DRC preferred
• Experience with field solver software such as ANSYS, Keysight ADS, Helic, etc.
• Experience with RF laminate design preferred
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and pronounced attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be comfortable working across geographies
• This job position will or is likely to involve compliance with ITAR Regulations so all employees working in this capacity must be eligible under ITAR citizenship requirements, and accordingly applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents
