The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and expanding our Reverse Mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Reverse Mortgage division, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and enhance the company's presence in the Reverse Mortgage market.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Reverse Mortgage professionals, including loan officers, processors, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all aspects of Reverse Mortgage operations.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to optimize efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Reverse Mortgage market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including seniors, financial advisors, and industry partners.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in Reverse Mortgage products.
- Provide training and support to the team to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to serve clients effectively.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Emphasize a customer-centric approach to Reverse Mortgage transactions, ensuring a positive and transparent experience for clients.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the Reverse Mortgage division.
- Implement initiatives and improvements based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, compliance, and senior management, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Represent the Reverse Mortgage division in meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in Reverse Mortgage operations, with a comprehensive understanding of regulations and industry best practices.
