Devereux’s Corporate Accounts Receivable Office, located in Villanova, PA, is seeking an experienced Revenue System Quality Manager to join our Accounts Receivable team. Under the direction of the National Director of Accounts Receivable, you will be working collaboratively with center operational and corporate staff to ensure the effective delivery of revenue and accounts receivable processes and identify trends and problem areas while initiating support to Center personnel to effect improvements in accounts receivable management and collection results. This role will also be responsible for managing the corporate cash posting department and ensuring staff are maintaining positive productivity goals as well as identifying & reporting trends that impact AR for all Devereux centers. In this role, you will be working to improve systems to foster strong business relationships with funding agencies and other payors and strengthen Devereux’s position in the marketplace.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent number of years of related experience may be substituted for formal education;
Supervisory experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare and/or behavioral health in billing, collections; Experience with contracts and cash posting preferred;
Demonstrated understanding of Electronic File set up and the AR sub–System Operation
Understanding of contracts set up and elements required to earn services and create a bill.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in making presentations to senior management. And formulating policies and procedures;
Computer proficiency in mainframe and spreadsheet applications. Oracle, Essbase, and/or Profiler preferred; Excellent interpersonal organization and communication skills;
Strong team player with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
Multi-tasker with ability to meet deadlines.
