Revenue Operations Specialist

Who you are

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning and enhancement of our sales, marketing, and payment processing systems. You'll be tasked with identifying and resolving issues, and overseeing the cleanup and reassignment of bulk data across various automation platforms, CRMs, and payment processing tools. Your role extends to executing fundamental business processes, streamlining operations, and optimizing systems throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Maintain doxy.me customer data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot and Stripe, ensuring measures are in place to keep data up to date and performing regular data hygiene activities

  • Execute core business processes and help optimize our operations, processes, and systems across the customer lifecycle

  • Serve as the point of contact for the organization to Stripe subscription-related questions or issues and problem-solve in Stripe when necessary

  • Create and manage resources to train Growth, Marketing, and other departments on best practices of using systems that enable revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to design and implement automation workflows to streamline nurturing processes

  • Monitor the status of post-sale Growth activities (Onboarding, Quarterly Business, Renewals, etc) to identify gaps in existing processes and ensure adherence to current processes

  • Assist in overseeing the integration of revenue-related technologies, including CRM, payment processing, and marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability of systems

Your skills & qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Stripe and HubSpot (other tools welcome)

  • History of improving processes, methodologies, programs, and frameworks that increased team performance

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive revenue growth and operational excellence

  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats across all levels within the organization

  • An innate ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Commitment to meticulous documentation of processes and project details
