We are seeking an analytical and globally-focused Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role across our diverse sales teams. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with senior sales professionals, providing crucial support in reporting on pipeline activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a global scale.
Your responsibilities will extend to crafting and reporting on our Total Addressable Market (TAM) in collaboration with our Sales Management Team. This involves leveraging your analytical skills to gain insights into market trends and opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
As a guardian of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you will ensure its optimal use and adherence to established protocols. Your role in analyzing data will not only uncover valuable insights but also drive the implementation of more effective and efficient sales processes. Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Maintenance: Ensure comprehensive documentation and regular updates of all sales processes, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and targets to enhance organizational transparency and alignment.
- CRM System Oversight: Take ownership of our CRM system processes, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Pipeline Management and Analysis: Track and analyze pipeline activities, identifying cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
- Global Target Addressable Market (TAM) Management: Own the responsibility of defining and reporting against our Target Addressable Market on a global scale, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Operational Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of bringing clients live, ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to implementation.
- Special Project Contributions: Actively contribute to special projects assigned by the Group Sales Director, leveraging your skills to drive innovation and excellence in Revenue Operations.
- Sales Competition Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on sales competitions, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the competitive edge of our sales teams.
