Position Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director, Revenue Operations and the Go-To-Market (GTM) function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Act as a strategic business partner for key sales and operational leaders by enabling data driven decision making
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our GTM organization, providing insights through KPI reporting to ensure alignment with performance and expectations. Help to determine appropriate benchmarks to assess performance
- Deliver insights to GTM leadership based on reporting outputs
- Enhance pipeline management by implementing sales process discipline, standards adherence, and excellence in execution, holding sales managers accountable for quality and accuracy
- Support and enable the CRM and GTM tech stack strategy – ensuring expectations are clearly defined, documented and executed
- Support and help enhance forecast processes, defining and overseeing weekly and monthly, in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Generate commissions and applicable reporting on a monthly basis
- Participate in annual planning activities, including compensation design, quota planning, territory management, quota distribution, and change management
- Create and maintain widely used reports and dashboards in CRM and/or Business Intelligence tool
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support various business functions
- Support or conduct ad-hoc market related research
- Support or lead project management efforts delegated to the Revenue Operations function
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a revenue or sales Operations Analyst role or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and capable of effective prioritization
- Experience in deriving and delivering insights, not just data on a spreadsheet
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required, with the ability to build out advanced modeling for Forecasting and KPI tracking/calculation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient PPT skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Billing tools (ex. NetSuite)
- Experience working and reporting with a CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
