We are looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager who will play a crucial part in bolstering growth of the Enlighted brand, with a concentrated effort on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through diverse strategies and tactics. This is a Hybrid position based in Cary, NC. You'll make an impact as you: Coordinate and oversee promotional campaigns and partnerships from their inception through to execution, including analysis of ROI and post-campaign summaries.

Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Website SEO. Supervise Sales Development Representative (SDR) partnerships to guarantee full delivery of contracts, proper execution of programs, and continuous optimization. Manage lead processes in Salesforce, ensuring prompt lead qualification, accurate assignments, and thorough documentation of opportunities stemming from marketing initiatives.

Monitor and report on pipeline progression and conversion rates, maintaining and innovating dashboards and reports for stakeholder communication. Cultivate and update lists of target accounts and titles, ensuring a focus on strategic growth areas. Deeply understand the current buyer personas to create engaging content, messaging, and copy that resonates with potential clients.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and lists using Pardot, collaborating with both internal and external marketing teams. Leverage data and analytics to refine and enhance campaign strategies and overall program effectiveness. Generate content to bolster various marketing and business initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of digital marketing or growth marketing expertise, with creating and executing multichannel programs at scale. Bachelor's degree required. 1+ years of experience in Salesforce.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing Google Ads, SEO/SEM. Experience with WordPress and Pardot.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
