- Manage Group Forecast – 20%
- Create Group Plug forecast (based on rooms and meeting space availability)
- Review and Update Definite group wash weekly for monthly forecasts
- Present group forecast to DOSM/DORM/DOS
- Review, analyze and edit MARs and Transient Protected – 15%
- Provide Group Displacement Analysis and Follow Up for Outstanding Business Review decisions – 5%
- Participate and Provide Analytics for Access Business Review – 5%
- Evaluate and Approve requests for additional rooms from Sales - Conference Managers and Group Coordinators– 5%
- Favor rate requests – 2.5%
- Oversee current Group Histories on all Definite Group Business – 2.5%
- Assist with renovation displacement scenarios – 2.5%
- Ensure the update of Group Grids (once a week at min.) – 5%
- Oversee completion of Sales Month End report (once a month) – 5%
