Revenue Integrity Analyst Overview

The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance for assigned region’s reimbursement entitlement.

Revenue Integrity Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

· Process claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicaid/insurance company guidelines.

· Responsible for insurance claim denials and appeals, working to resolve issues and maximize reimbursement.

· Process required adjustments.

· Stay up to date with insurance company policies, guidelines, and regulations to ensure billing compliance.

· Participate in Triple Check meeting for assigned facilities.

· Prepare & participate in scheduled reviews.

Revenue Integrity Analyst Qualifications

· Prior SNF billing experience required

Prior PCC experience highly preferred

2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable/collections/customer service/or account management.

· Significant knowledge of federal and state billing regulations for Long-Term Care.

· Proficiency in Excel and strong computer and software (Microsoft Office) skills.

· Experience with Point Click Care.

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through is required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Flexibility and adaptability to changes in regulation and company policy and procedures.
