• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years experience in primary care Revenue Cycle management.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in billing and coding required, including capitation and fee for service systems.
• Knowledge of FFS and capitation system methodologies beneficial.
. Detailed knowledge of Medicaid systems helpful.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check in relation to the position applied for.

Day to Day:
- Responsible for implementation, training, and monitoring of electronic charge capture and posting.
- Supervise and train billing and coding staff in medical, dental, behavioral health, social services and vision billing.
- Provide coding assistance as needed to provider staff.
- Monitoring and reporting collection activity.
- Oversee all accounts receivable and other KPI's.
- Provide analysis of troubleshooting of public and private revenue sources.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.
