SUMMARY
The Revenue Auditor is responsible for accurately completing the casino revenue audits on a daily bases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for compiling, reconciling and accurately recording audits daily totals in a timely manner, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare reports using in-house system, excel and word, reconcile all totals, and forward information to upper management.
- Reconcile daily drop and payouts information from machine to the Cage Departments totals to online gaming system. Reconcile tickets paid at the Cage with the system; audit kiosks cash exchanges.
- Research to effectively resolve disputes and paperwork variances.
- Maintain records, reports, and paperwork in organized manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, as pertains to all financial data.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and cross-train with other auditors to ensure even and uninterrupted flow of information.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent attendance record.
- Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Must attend and be certified in all applicable trainings required by law.
- Audits and work schedule rotate; auditor is expected to perform accordingly.
- Participate as a member of the Title 31 Committee when required for full quorum.
- All other departmental duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Clerical experience required and Accounting a plus.
- Must be skilled in making mathematical computations.
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays and at different time schedules.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient with 10-key and computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Suite a must.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.

- While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally climb or balance, and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
- The noise level is usually moderate, increasing to loud when on the casino floor.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
