JOB SUMMARY: The Revenue Audit Manager is responsible for oversight of the daily revenue and compliance audit process including supervision of supervisors and auditors. The Revenue Audit Manager ensures all gaming and non-gaming audits are completed timely and accurately; all instances of non-compliance with internal controls are documented and communicated to the appropriate management and regulatory personnel, and all month end duties are completed within established timeframe.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
Required skills and knowledge:
- BA or BS degree in Accounting from an accredited university or college.
- Three or more years of experience to include: monthly financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, casino Revenue Audit functions, and account reviews..
- Two or more years of experience in a casino Revenue Audit capacity. • Experience with slot accounting systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to reconcile accounts, financial statement preparation and perform Revenue Audits.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- The ability to use ten-key by touch.
- Excellent math skills.
- ntermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite creating spreadsheets, correspondence, and research.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in a casino Revenue Audit capacity.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ability to safeguard confidential information.
- Ability to perform all job duties accurately.
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Three years of supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Direct and supervise the activities of all Revenue Audit team members and supervisors, assigning work as needed, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting of revenue figures.
- Assists Controller with month end close.
- Assists Controller with balancing and reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare journal entries to record revenues and changes in Cage, Table Games, ATM, and Ticket Redemption Kiosk accountability.
- Prepare daily operating reports based on revenue within the revenue and other accounting areas.
- Maintain audit spreadsheets and Casino Cash Trac.
- Reviews and analyzes financials of various casino departments (i.e., Slots, Table Games, Food & Beverage, Marketing etc.) as assigned.
- Responsible for the preparation of accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing of the books in a timely manner.
- Manage all functions pertaining to revenue and cage accounting.
- Develop and implement procedural policies for audits, make corrections or revisions as needed, and cooperate with internal and external auditors as needed.
- Attends annual continuing education classes to maintain and improve skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
