Returns Specialist

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring an experienced Returns Specialist for a leading technology companyspecializing in cables, desktops and LCD products. This is a first shift role offering an 8 am-5 pm schedule. Candidates who are immediately available with at least 3 years experience in a warehouse RMA environment, are encouraged to apply to this contract role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Efficient and accurate handling of day-to-day customer returns (RMA)
• Accurately prepares, processes, and ships returns to vendors (RTVs), including but not limited to picking, sorting, scanning, logging, packaging, palletizing, loading, unloading, and contacting freight forwarders to schedule pickups.
• Inspecting all returns for stock rotation, credits, or replacements
• Package and transfer selected items to a designated bin location
• Follow-up with customers, vendors
• Work with internal departments such as Operations Management, Purchasing, Product Management, Tech Support, and Sales to resolve RMA issues.
• Effective written and oral communication with vendors, customers, and staff across the company while working through daily activities
• Custom material reworks
• Efficiently fulfilling internal requests for products accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that proper products are received, stored, and shipped accurately
• Assisting in maintaining company safety and housekeeping standards at all times
• Performing required administrative tasks and preparing all required reports
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain an accurate and organized physical inventory at all times
• Participating in the preparation and execution of physical inventories for finished goods and RMA
• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a warehouse-RMA environment.
• Outstanding attendance and team player with a problem-solving mentality.
• Self-starter, coachable, and team player with the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Detail oriented, but able to work in a fast-paced environment as needed.
• Average PC skills (Microsoft Office package).
• Excellent experience performing accurate transactions using an ERP system.
• SAP and WMS experience is a plus
• Experience operating standup reach-trucks and sit-down forklifts.
• Excellent understanding of required paperwork for international shipments
• Committed to managing problems through resolution and an “I can do it” attitude.
• Willing to learn and support other areas of the warehouse operations as needed.
• Willing to work flexible schedules occasionally and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift, push, and move items (up to 50 lbs.) following proper lifting techniques and utilizing the help of tools, equipment, and other team members.
• Ability to understand, comprehend, and follow directions on specific assignments as necessary.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
