Returns Inspector

Summary:
This position is responsible for performing Returned Goods tasks accurately and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance inspection processes utilizing technical specification drawings, photo images, ERP system, other resources, or other department personnel
• Operate Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) work center safely and efficiently according to set rates and standards
• Validate RGA paperwork and material being checked in accurately (Packing Lists, Freight Documents, RGA paperwork, etc.)
• Work with other internal departments during processing and problem solving (Customer Service, Product Management, Engineering, etc.)
• Learn and navigate RGA computer system, core ERP system, and imaging system
• Other job activities as assigned

Essential Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• High school Diploma/GED required; Associate Degree preferred; 1-2 years of related experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with strong attention to detail and organizational
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to learn and follow established safety and environmental procedures
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

• Computer, Printers, Copiers, Manual Pallet Jacks, Hand-held Scanners
