About the Opportunity: The role of Returns Associate is to oversee the timely processing of customer returns for Culture Kings US Customers. The role requires working closely with our 3PL partner to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times in the order return journey.
The R.A will identify opportunities and implement SOP's to improve processing times and accuracy.
This role requires identifying Returns trends and reporting back data that aims to reduce returns and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and ensuring the timely processing of customer returns within the US 3PL Operation in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Assist the 3PL with any escalated orders that require further assessment and inspection to meet return policy guidelines
- Maintain a 48-hour SLA for returns processing once they arrive in the DC for processing
- Implementing and updating SOP's quarterly to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with Customer Service via Airtable in a timely manner to rectify issue orders
- Reconciliation of returns transactions between Whiplash,Loop and Shopify
- Manage and log all RTS orders through refund or send back
- Manage studio returns processing
- Assist with ad-hoc special projects directed by Management
- Assist with Inbound and invoice processing when required
Skills and Experience:
- 1 years' experience in a Returns environment, ideally with a 3PL
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-based environment
- Excellent time management skills
