As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented and motivated Salesperson to join our team and drive the growth of our retreats and Conferences business.

Job Title: Retreats and Conferences Salesperson

Job Summary:

As a Retreats and Conferences Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting and selling our Retreat and Conference packages to corporate clients, churches, organizations, and educational institutions seeking a serene and inspirational venue for their events. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify potential clients, and close sales will be vital to the success of our center's retreats and Conferences division.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target prospects, and key decision-makers. Build a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.

2. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of hosting retreats and Conferences at our center. Tailor presentations to address specific needs and requirements of each prospect.

3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance to ensure a positive experience.

4. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure bookings. Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including event planning, marketing, and facilities, to ensure seamless execution of events and the fulfillment of client expectations.

6. Market Trends Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance.

8. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, amenities, or packages to enhance the client's experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, event management, or related industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- A passion for customer service and building lasting client relationships.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

- Knowledge of the retreats and Conferences industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
