Title: Pension Accounting/ Systems Admin- Finance Systems Analyst III
Location: 100% Remote- WI
Duration: 8 Months

Financial Systems Admin/Accountant – Shared role for Pension and H&W
- Operational accounting duties for interim gap between personnel
o Pension accounting journal entries
o Pension accounting account reconciliations
- Project management of WTW FASTrack set-up
o Set-up system of 80 pension plans under current reporting structure
o Data load requests
o System calendaring activities
o User access management
o Custom report set-up
o FASTrack use mapping of existing process to the ‘to-be’ process
o Footnote mapping
- General Ledger Mapping
o Determine proper GL coding considering new chartfield set ups
o Remap current year transactions into new set-up
o Work with internal partners to ensure changes are made at source to comply with new set-up
o Ensure new mapping results in proper footnote disclosures
- Health & Welfare (TORCH internally developed system)
o File management/processing
o TORCH Table maintenance
o User access management
o Systems audit requests
o Reporting
- Account reconciliation automation for Comp & Ben processes
Qualifications
- 4 year degree in Accounting
- 5 years accounting/finance experience
- At least 2 years pension accounting experience
- At least 2 years systems admin experience
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $57.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
